Beloved husband of the late Phyllis J. Fischer. Devoted father of Phyllis Halstead and Wayne B. Fischer Sr. and his wife Nancy. Loving grand father of W. Brian Fischer, Jr. and his girl friend Jenifer and Jennifer Marie Winkler and her husband Bryan. Dear great grandfather of Brian Anthony Fischer and Nadia Marie Fischer.
A private cremation was held.
A memorial service will be held on November 2nd, 2017 at 4 PM at the Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A. 1407 Old Eastern Avenue Essex, Maryland 21221.
