On February 18th, 2018 Annette C. Williams; Beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Williams and the late Herman J. Noppinger; Loving mother of Bill Noppinger (Joanie), Lynnette Keller (Don), Michael Noppinger (Michele); Richard Williams, Jay Noppinger (Donna) and Thomas J. Williams Jr. (Mary Jane); Cherished grandmother of Nick, Christy, Tracy, Ashley, Michael, Daniel, Ryan and Randy; Dear great grandmother of Capri, Meadow and Blake; Devoted sister of Andrew Herpel and the late Ruth Ostrowski and Carolyn Kennedy.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service on Thursday at 10 am in Saint  Clare Church 714 Myrth Avenue Essex, Maryland 21221. Interment Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorials for breast cancer research may be made in Annette’s name to Susan G. Komen Dept. 41831 P.O. Box 650309 Dallas, TX 75265.
