Skinner, On May 9, 2013 Arlis L. Skinner: Beloved wife of the late Stanton Skinner. Devoted mother of Rhonda Lynn Skinner, Debbie A. Skinner, Lelah Jean Skinner Peddicord, Mark A. Swietkoski, Walter H. Swietkoski, Melvin W. Swietkoski and the late Brian K. Swietkoski. Loving sister of Wilson E. Kent,  R. Nelson Kent,  Hazel A. Kent and the late  Cora Skinner and Hilda Billie Watson. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
