On July 9, 2023, Billie Joyce Woolsey passed away. Beloved wife of the late William Woolsey; devoted mother of James Edward Murray III, William Thomas Murray and his wife Donna, and Melody Joyce Quinn; cherished grandmother of Renee Sellers and Harmony Joyce Kleskovic and her husband Ben; loving great-grandmother of Annabel and Arlan Kleskovic. Also survived by a host of other loving family members and friends.
