Charles Richard Decker

On July 12, 2010, Charles Richard Decker "Bo" died at his residence in Essex, (Baltimore) Maryland while surrounded by the ones he loved and who loved him. He is survived by his beloved wife Wanda Lee Decker (nee Mann) and his children; Stacy Boulan, Darron Pell, Charles Decker and Joseph Decker. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren a brother and a sister. Bo worked, loved and lived in Baltimore for the past 40 years. He will be loved and missed forever and always.

A private cremation was held.
