On August 17, 2011, Charles Walter De Voe, Sr., beloved husband of the late Helen E. De Voe, loving father of Gary De Voe, Patricia Street, Judith Skelly, Charles De Voe, Jr., Michael De Voe, Jeffrey De Voe and Angela Hammen. Also survived by many grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
