Charles Joseph "Joe" Horner IV, born October 20, 1978 to his loving parents Shirley and Charles J. Horner III. Joe passed away on June 8, 2024 at the age of 45. Joe was a pile driver for Markley's Marina and also worked with Mike Mcdermott on the crab truck delivering crabs. Some of his favorite hobbies were loving to cook, one of his favorite meals was steak with broccoli and cheese, in addition to working on the crab truck he enjoyed picking crabs, helping around the house and gardening. He was a big into fishing and enjoyed trips to the casino. Besides all those things, he enjoyed making chocolate chip cookies at Christmas time.
He leaves behind his brother Michael J. Przywara (Horner) and wife Renee and sister Kathy J. Barron and husband Chuck. Dear uncle of 6 nephews and 4 nieces. Devoted great uncle of Knox M. Przywara and Riley C. Weber.
Joe is survived by many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be missed by all.
A celebration of life will be held in his honor on October 20, 2024 in the Wilson Point Men's Club. Time of service to be determined.
