Charles "Tony" Conrad Thon Sr.

Thon, On May 19, 2014; Charles "Tony" Conrad Thon, Sr. Tony was owner of the Middlesex Texeco and served in the Vietnam war. Loving son of the late Joseph John Thon Sr. and the late Anna Thon (nee Schuman). Devoted father of Charles C. Thon Jr. and the late Denise Thon. Loving grandfather of Chase Thon. Dear brother of Helen Vendetti, Joseph Thon Jr., Sandy Fitzgerald, Dot Horrocks and her husband Joe and the late Joanne Elmore. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by his buddy, Louie.
Funeral from the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A., 1407 Old Eastern Avenue Essex at Rt. 702 (Beltway exit 36) on Friday at 8:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in  Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 9:00 AM. Interment Oak Lawn Cemetery. Visitation on Thursday from 3 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM.
