Carper, On February 9, 2013 Clarice B. Carper;  Beloved wife of the late William B. Carper. Devoted mother of C.B. Carper, Janet Rutkowski and Robin Bohli. Also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted in the chapel of Holly Hill Memorial Gardens on Tuesday February 12, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Arrangements by the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A., of Essex, Md.
