Beloved husband of Maureen Carper. Devoted father of Michelle Cassel and her husband Thomas. Loving grandfather of Rhiannon Carper and Thomas Cassel Jr. Dear brother in law of Shirley Justice and Peter Elmos and his wife Patricia.  Also survived by his mother in law, Natalie Elmos and his nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Sunday November 11th, 2018 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral services on Monday November 12th, 2018 11:00 AM. Interment in Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
