On September 22, 2020, Deborah Ann Penn (nee Taylor), beloved wife of Bill Penn; devoted mother of Billy Penn, Brian Penn and his wife Brittany, and Joyce Thompson; cherished grandmother of Chase and Kenzie Penn; loving daughter of William J. Taylor and the late Beverly A. Taylor (nee Nagle); dear sister of Liz Whitlock, and Joey and Billy Taylor. Also survived by a host of other loving family members and friends.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Sunday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral services on Monday at 10:30 am.  Interment Belair Memorial Gardens.
