On August 3rd, 2019 Deborah “Debbie” Wagner; Loving mother of the late Mandy Wagner; Cherished daughter of the late Michael A. Wagner and the late Charlotte E. Wagner; Devoted sister of Patricia A. Kinnear and her husband Mitchell and the late Michele E. Belt; Dear aunt of Jacob W. Kinnear, Matthew A. Kinnear, Jessica Durf, Lindsay Noel and Zachary Belt. Also survived by many loving family and friends.

Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral services on Friday at 8 pm.  A private inurnment will be held on Thursday August 15, 2019, at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
