Donald Lee Slocum
Beloved husband of Magdalene M. Slocum. Devoted father of Donna L. Schissler, Michele York, Vickie Mardaga, Scott Slocum, Steven Slocum, Russell Slocum and Andrew Slocum. Loving brother of Russell Slocum, Clinton Russell and the late Sally Papas. Beloved Father in Law of Richard Schissler, David York, William Mardaga, and Kelly Slocum.
Also survived by thirteen grand children, Deanna Weatherstein, Elizabeth Kamberger, Brandon York, Amber York, Nicholas Mardaga, Erika Mardaga, Jacob Mardaga, Clint Slocum, Gabrielle Slocum, Ashley Slocum, Justin Slocum, Andrew Slocum, Summer Slocum and four great grand children Taylor York, Cyrus York, Chase York, and Michael Weatherstein III.
Don enjoyed fishing (not necessarily catching), was an avid reader, and rarely missed his 3:00 appointment at the “social club”. He also enjoyed family gatherings, spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and the Sci-Fi channel. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.
