On January 12, 2017 Donna Lee Collins (Nee Bach); Beloved wife of William Perry Collins; Loving daughter of Francis Joseph Bach Sr. and Shirley Ann Bach (Nee Weitzel); Cherished mother of Jason Collins, Heather Collins and Brittany Collins; Dear grandmother of Emma-Lee. Also survived by Jo Ann Stockman, Karen Hidy and Joseph Bach Jr.
