Doris Lee (Parrish) Finlayson

Doris Lee Parrish Finlayson, 85 departed this life on Monday December 21st, 2015 after suffering heart issues.

She was preceded in death by her husband P.D. Finlayson, and is survived by 4 children, her daughter Pat Haller and her husband Dave; her son Dave Finlayson and his wife Carol; her son Mike Finlayson and his wife Barbara; and her son Jim Finlayson and his wife Renee, as well as 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Florence A. Finlayson

Doris was born at home on the Little Sandy in Kanawna County, West Virginia and lived most of her life in Essex, Maryland. She was retired from the Maryland Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation and enjoyed bingo, Texas Hold-em, quilting, gardening, crocheting and loved being with her family, neighbors and friends.
