On August 7, 2021, Dorothy Lee Fowler (nee Hall), beloved wife of the late Patrick Dale Fowler Sr.; devoted mother of Donna Sue Fowler, Patrick Dale Fowler Jr., and the late Robert Jennings Fowler; cherished grandmother of Tracey Ferstermann and her husband Raymond; doting great-grandmother of Hope Elizabeth Ferstermann, and Jessie Emmalyn Ferstermann. Also survived by a host of other loving family members and friends.

A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Wednesday, August 11th, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral services on Thursday, August 12th, 2021 at 10:00 am.  Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
