On Friday, August 26, 2022, Eileen Mildred Traband passed away peacefully. Beloved wife of 65 years of the late Melvin Traband. Loving mother of Melvin F. Traband Jr. and his wife Eileen, Melodie Traband and her significant other Richard Pedersen, and Kelly Swartz and her husband Robert. Sister of Mary Petts. Step-mother of Suzanne Rieley and Linda Groir. Grandmother of Candace McConnaughey and her husband Daemon, Clint Walker and his wife Kara, Matthew Traban, and Nick Traban. Great-grandmother of Donovan, Brett, Keira, and Evan. Eileen is also survived by her cat Pebbles, grand-cat Birdie, along with many other loving family and friends. Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A. 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A graveside service will be held at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens on the same day at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Senator Bob Hooper House, 2007 Klein Plaza Drive, Forest Hill, MD 21050.
