January 10, 1967 - December 26, 2021

On December 26th, 2021, Elizabeth Gurney (Bures), also known as Liz/ Lizzie to most, passed away at her home in Rosedale at the age of 54. She is survived by her husband, Greg Sr. & 2 sons - Gregory Jr & Christopher, Her parents (George & Patricia Bures), Her sister & brother-in-law (Angela & Joseph Malafarina), and her youngest sister (Nancy Bures).

Liz worked in the Lift truck industry for several years. She loved her family very much & her 2 boys were her world. She loved spending time with her parents & enjoyed getting her porch time at their house watching nature for hours at a time, we had so many laughs on that porch.

She enjoyed trips to Ocean City, West Virginia, going to bingo, working on crafts, scrapbooking, watching Hallmark Christmas movies (Christmas was her favorite holiday).

Liz was a caring and good-hearted person. She lit up the room with her smile & had a way of touching anyone’s life that she met. She will be extremely missed.

A celebration of her life will be arranged in the near future.
