O’Connell and his wife Debbie, Jill Maule and her husband Jeff and Gail Holt and her husband Bill; Cherished grandmother of Jacob, Jobe, Nicole, Ryan, Andy, Jillian and Shelbi; Dear great grandmother of Naomi, Camden, Brodie, Maely, Charlie, Anistyn, Lyla and Brooks.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Monday, from 11 am to 1 pm. Funeral services on Monday, at 1 pm.  Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Elsie's name to Gilchrist Hospice 11311 McCormick Rd., Ste. 350 Hunt Valley, MD 21031.
