Faye Hagerman

August 10, 1930 - September 13, 2021

On September 13, 2021, Faye Hagerman (nee Steinke), beloved wife of the late George Hagerman Jr.; devoted mother of Lee Hagerman and his wife Kim, and Lynne Schultz; cherished grandmother of Matthew Muir, Leigh Spector and her husband Jeromy, Jamie Schultz, Heather Moselle and her husband Jeremy, and Michael Hagerman; doting great-grandmother of Taylor Muir and her companion Evan Klienota, Ella, Noah, Seth, Zoie, Oliv, Eleu, Jobe, Cloe, Emet, Thomas, Mollie, and Owen. Also survived by her loving canine companion, Ruby, the Boston Terrier.

Fay Marian Steinke was born August 10, 1930 to Helen Tutchton and Roy Steinke. She graduated from Kenwood High School on 1947 and Church Home and Hospital in 1950. The same year, she married George Hagerman.  She worked for 49 years at Baltimore City Hospital, now JHBMC.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Sunday, September 19th, 2021from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral services on Monday, September 20th, 2021 at 11:00 am.  Interment Oak Lawn Cemetery.  In lieu flowers, contributions may be made to: Essex United Methodist Church, 524 Maryland Avenue, Essex, MD. 21221, or Beacham Center for Geriatric Medicine, www.hopkinsmedicine.org.
