Frances Elizabeth (Babb) Mcdowell

On October 13, 2014, Frances Elizabeth McDowell (nee Babb), beloved wife of the late Maxie McDowell; devoted mother of Cindy Knight, Ken McDowell and the late Jerry McDowell and John McDowell; dear sister of Juanita Ashmore.  Also survived by eleven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm.   Funeral service on Friday at 11:00 am in Mars Hill Baptist Church 1400 Old Eastern Ave. Essex, Maryland 21221.  Interment Gardens Of Faith Memorial Gardens.
