Wilbanks; Loving father of Nancy Morales and Dave Wilbanks and his wife Donna; Cherished grandfather of Christina Blackman, Stephen Wilbanks, Richard Jones and Alex Morales and his girlfriend Amanda; Dear great grandfather of Andrew, Reed, Bethany, Matthew, Emerald and Avery.

Funeral service on Monday at 11 am in Back River United Methodist Church 544 Back River Neck Road Essex, Maryland 21221. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
