Beloved wife of the late Maurice Teague. Devoted mother of Doris Donaldson and her husband Frank and Deborah Guttenberger. Loving grandmother of Jennifer Dickerson and her husband Nick, Jennifer Hardie and her husband Ed, Stefanie Stafford and George Guttenberger IV and his wife Liz. Dear great grandmother of Zoey Dickerson, Holden Dickerson, Drew McFarlane and Zach McFarlane. Also survived by her sister Vera Elliott of North Carolina.

Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A.  1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM.  Funeral services on Saturday 11 AM in Middle River Baptist Church 610 Middle River Road Middle River Maryland 21220. Donations can be made in Gerthie’s name to the church if desired. Private cremation to follow.
