On Tuesday, December 28, 2021, Hal Hunt passed away peacefully. Beloved husband of the late Kathryne Hunt. Loving father of Hallie Kay Hunt-Conrad and her husband Raymond, Teresa Ledwell and her husband Ken, Patricia Smith and her husband Bob, Hal Hunt Jr. and his wife Sherry, Larry Hunt, Terry Alvarado, and the late Danny Hunt. Cherished brother of the late Calvin Hunt. Devoted grandfather of Raymond “Ray-Ray” Conrad, Roberto Conrad, Kyle Conrad, Gina Ledwell, Jessica Capps, Rita Fels, Christopher Smith, Sidney Smith, Nicholas Hunt, Joe Hunt, Hannah Hunt, Jordan Doenges, Matthew Repp, Dena Hunt, Little Larry Hunt, Bryan Hunt, Jeremy Powers, Bradley Hunt, Corina Hunt, Gregory Hunt, Jamie Alvarado, Adrianne Atkins, and Jarad Alvarado. Great-grandfather of Caleb Conrad, Christian Conrad, Kathryne Conrad, Mekayla Conrad (George Foreman), Ethan Conrad, Liam Conrad, Owen Conrad, Lauren Maynor, Jacob Ledwell, Shannon Locklear, Joe Capps, Haley Capps, Max Fels, Charlotte Fels, Colton Fels, Alexander Hunt, August Hunt, Chad Bittner, Chya Simmons-Hunt, Nitty Davis, Juan Davis, Diamond Hunt, Taylor Hunt, Natane Hunt, LJ Hunt, Alex Billingsley, Chayton Hunt, Faith Hunt, Mckenzie Hunt, Bryan Hunt Jr., Brylon Hunt, Brooklyn Hunt, Braxton Hunt, Ryan Hunt, and Sarah Hunt. Hal is also considered to be a second dad to Judy Hunt, Mabel Hunt, and Pamela Hunt. He is survived by many great-great-grandchildren and other loving family and friends.

Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A. 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM.  Funeral service on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 10:00 AM.  Interment to follow at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
