Caring grandfather of Larry Bixler Jr., Lori Carpenter and husband John, LaDonna Semple and husband Mike, Lance Bixler and wife Sara, Brian Oxenrider and wife Michelle, Chris Oxenrider and wife Christy, Melvin Bixler Jr. and Leah, Kristy Cooper and husband Tim. Dear great-grandfather of Taylor, Brady, Brett, Rylie, Allysa, Kenzie, Justin, Jordan, Dylan, Tanner, Blake. Loyal best friend Buddy.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral services on Saturday at 11:00 am at the funeral home.  Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
