On October 8, 2023 Jack Johnston passed away at the age of 85; Beloved husband of Lana Lee Johnston (nee Lloyd); Loving father of Keim Johnston and wife Karen and Julie Earp and husband James; Cherished grandfather of Christine, Nicholas, Eric, Whitney, Alicia, James, Jr. and Juliana; Dear great grandfather of Alyssa, Logan, Mason, Mackenzie, Jackson, Julianna and Alayna; Devoted brother of William Johnston Sr. Also survived by a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Friday, October 13th from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 pm. Graveside service will be held on Monday, October 16 at 3 pm in Brick Church Cemetery, WV. Address to the cemetery for friends and family that would like to attend is P.O.
