On September 24th, 2020 James Lawrence Books; Beloved husband of the late Bessie Books; Loving father of Lawrence Books and his wife Brenda and Roger Books and his wife the late Rita Books. Cherished grandfather of Lawrence "Muskee" Books, Jr., Christopher Books and Tara Rasmussen. Dear great grandfather of Ryleigh, Caleb and Luca.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed in Mr. Book's name to St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 3620 Red Rose Farm Road Baltimore, Md. 21220 or Gilchrist Hospice.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th at 11 am in Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
