Beloved husband of the late Mary Hilliard (NEE Swekla). Devoted father of Tillie and Phil Horak, Jr. and David Hilliard. Loving grandfather of CJ Horak, Stacy Horak, Jessica Leas and Katrina Hilliard. Also survived by his great grandchildren: Briana Holloway, Michael Horak, Anastasia Hilliard and Caitlin Leas.
Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A. 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral Service on Tuesday at 11 AM. Interment in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
