Joan Isabella (Romans) Clay

On March 9, 2014, Joan Isabella Clay (nee Romans), beloved wife of the late J. Paul Clay and John D. Johnson; devoted mother of Suzanne Young, Carol Finlayson, Lisa Johnson, Ann Dunlap, Paul Johnson and Michael Johnson; sister of Michael Romans.  Also survived by fifteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm.  A Eulogy will be held Thursday evening at 8 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Saint Clare Church 714 Myrth Avenue Essex, Maryland 21221 on Friday at 8 AM for a Memorial Mass.  Interment of Cremains will be held in Marylands' Veteran Cemetery, Garrison Forest  11501 Garrison Forest Road  Garrison Forest, Maryland 21117.
