On February 15, 2016, Joan Elaine Simmons (nee Torbert), beloved wife of Lawrence LeRoy Simmons; devoted mother of Deborah Tasky and her husband James, Donna Richmond and her late husband Charles; dear grandmother of Daniel Richmond and his wife Sheri, Tiffany Kolba and her husband Mark, Kevin Richmond and his wife Erin, David Tasky and his fiance Delia; great grandmother of Ella Richmond, Kayla Kolba, Wylan Richmond, Zakary Kolba, Rosalie Kolba, Lyle Richmond and Haven Richmond.
