John Robert Kaufman

On April 16, 2022, John Robert Kaufman, beloved husband of Ambur Kaufman; devoted father of Gabriella Marie Kaufman, Benjamin Robert Kaufman, Elijah Connor Russell, Emilya Grace Russell, and Elizabeth Willow Kaufman; cherished son of Robert and Jo Ellen Kaufman (nee Cramer); loving brother of his twin, Nicholas Brian Kaufman and his wife Jade Elizabeth Kaufman, and Jessica Lynn Busch and her husband Justin; dear uncle of Brody Thomas Busch.

From a young age, John had a strong passion and love for the arts, and later graduated “Cum Laude” from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts. His love for classic VW’s, specifically air-cooled VW Beetles, began at an early age, and over the years his 1961 Orange Super Beetle became very well known throughout the car community.  John took pride in everything he did, and was an avid perfectionist.  John’s most important love was for his family.  His children meant everything to him.  He was the most playful, protective, and loving father, and he loved sharing his passions with them.

Memorials may be directed in John's name to St. Jude Childrens research Hospital.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Sunday, April 24th, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral services on Monday, April 25th, 2022 at 10 AM. Interment in Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.
