Joseph Edward Fischer Sr.; Beloved husband of the late Mary Jane Fischer; Loving father of Joseph Fischer Jr. and his wife Dana, William Chilcote and his wife Sarah, Robin Grammer Sr. and his wife Pamela, Richard Smith Jr. and his wife Sue, the late Terrence Grammer, and the late Christine Fischer. Also survived by ten (10) grandchildren and twelve (12) great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Thursday from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm . Funeral services on Friday at 1 pm.  Interment Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.
