On July 18, 2022, June M. Zinkand passed away. Beloved wife of the late James A. Zinkand; devoted mother of Carol Winpigler and her husband Mike, Christine Dennison and her husband Nick, James Zinkand and his wife Pat, Cathy Lyons and her husband David, Colleen Zinkand, Celeste Williams and her late husband Allan, and Richard Zinkand and his wife Tracy; dear sister in law of Joan Zinkand. Also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and host of other loving family members and friends.

Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A., 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (Beltway exit 36) on Thursday, July 21, 2022, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 1704 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex, MD. 21221, on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 10 AM. Interment Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, or Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School.
