She was the devoted mother to her three children: Wayne Keegan and his wife Donna, Linda Terry and her husband John, and Doug Keegan; grandmother of Jeffrey Lyons, Kim Kunkel, Matthew Keegan, Emma Keegan, and Sara Keegan; and great-grandmother of Dean Brewer.
Lorraine graduated from Patterson Park High School where she was a cheerleader and athlete. She retired from the Motor Vehicle Administration (Glen Burnie) after working for 10 years. Lorraine had a passion for genealogy, gardening, and college sports. But most of all she was known for her candy making business, especially her famous chocolate covered brandy cherries.
