On March 23, 2016 Melvin Robert Forsythe, Sr.; Beloved husband of Dorothy Ann Forsythe (Nee Johnson); Loving father of Tracie Kolb and her husband Nick, Carrie Allender and her husband Ron, Kim Jones and her husband Doug, Sandy Jaranyi and her husband James and Melvin R. Forsythe Jr. and his wife Christina; Cherished grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Also survived by his sister Carol McDowell.

Funeral service on Saturday at 10:00 AM in Calvary Baptist Church 7321 Manchester Road Dundalk, Maryland 21222. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
