On Sunday January 4, 2015 Melvin Charles Metzger Sr. (80), loving father of Melvin Charles Metzger II and wife Dovie, Theresa Turner. Caring grandfather of Emily Metzger. Dear brother of William Metzger, Dorothy Winkler, Catherine Young, Marie Lagnese, and the late Jack Metzger, Margaret Smerowski, and Elizabeth Heath.
Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Thursday from 5 to 8 pm. Funeral services on Thursday at 7:00 pm in the funeral home. A private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donation be made to Seasons Hospice 9000 Franklin Square Drive Baltimore, MD 21237.
