Beloved husband of Laura Koontz. Devoted father of the late Brandon Koontz, Jacqueline Norton, Andrew Marshall Jr., and Daniel Marshall. Loving brother of Abigail Bargar and Brent Koontz. Also survived by his cherished grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Family and Friends may gather for a graveside service on Friday December 29th 2023 at 2PM in Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens, 5598 Trumps Mill Road, Baltimore, MD 21206.
