Beloved wife of the late Marvin Howard Vance. Devoted mother of the late Nancy B. Vance. Loving sister of Jay and Shirley Brown and the late Vernon “Base” Brown, Jack Brown and Max Brown. Also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
