Nitia Elizabeth (Groves) Sines

On March 27, 2012, Nitia Groves Sines passed away peacefully at home. She was a member of White Oak Church and taught Sunday school. Graduated from Fairmont State Teachers College and received her masters degree at the University of Maryland. She taught school in West Virginia and Maryland for a total of 37 Years. She is survived by her husband  Norman Sines, Sr and son Norman Sines, Jr. and his wife Vicki. She is the loving grandmother of Jason Sines, Joshua Sines and Daniel Sines. Great Grandmother of David Sines, Jessica Sines, Jacob Sines and Ethan Sines. Also survived by 2 sister, Mary and Hilda. She is predeceased by 2 brothers, Robert and Dana and her parents, Clyde and Gay Groves.

Friends may call at the Bruzdzinski Funeral  Home, P.A., 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at route 702 (Beltway Exit 36) on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM.  Funeral service on Thursday 8 PM. Further visitation will take place at the  Arthur Wright Funeral Home in Terra Alta, West Virginia on Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM.  Interment Taylor Sines Cemetery, Swallow Falls, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation be made to the Alzheimers Association.
