Beloved husband of the late Nitia Elizabeth Sines (Groves) Devoted father of Norman Isaac Sines, Jr. and his wife Victoria Dechantal Sines. Loving brother of Mabel Lucille Groves, John Ross Sines and the late Lawrence Jonas Sines. Also survived by three grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one great greatgrandchild.

Born and raised on a farm in Garrett County, Maryland Norman was a son of the late Jonas William Sines and Minnie Pearl Sines (Beegly). He worked in various jobs including, logging, Martin Co. and then retiring from Bethlehem Steel Corp. All the while doing side jobs including building houses, financially backing businesses and helping friends and family.

Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A.  1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Thursday September 9, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.  Interment in William Taylor Sines Cemetery, Oakland Maryland.
