On February 22, 2012, Richard Lee Blair, beloved husband of Rose Marie Blair, devoted father of Richard Willard Blair, Jessica Marie Blair and Wesley Thomas Blair, loving son of Willard Blair and the late Myrtle Marie Blair, and Step Mother, Carlean Blair. Dear grandfather of Richard Willard Blair, Jr. and Jordan Richard Figueroa. Also survived by a brother, George Blair.
