On December 3rd, 2020 Richard C. Jernigan, Jr.; Beloved husband of Debra L. Jernigan (Nee Jackson); Loving father of Richard T. Jernigan and Patrick A. Jernigan; Dear brother of Carol Mullins and her husband Charles, and the late Linda Gross and her husband John.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Monday, December 7th from 10 am to 12 pm. Funeral services on Monday at 12pm.  Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Richards name to American Lung Association 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601.
