Keenan: On November 29, 2010 Richard Eugene Keenan Beloved husband of Cynthia Keenan. Devoted son of Elizabeth Keenan. Also survived by his brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Peninsula House of Prayer Baptist Church  222 Carroll Island Road  Middle River, Maryland 21220 on Saturday June 18, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
