Ronald Bollon, 87, of Baltimore, MD, passed peacefully at 9:30 pm, Sunday, July 8, 2024 at UM
Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, Bel Air, Maryland.

Ron was born on December 2, 1936.  He was the son of Viola and Louis Bollon.  Rons farther, born 1903, passed away 1953 and his mother, born 1910, passed away 1960. Ron was the third of seven siblings, beloved brother of Louis (deceased), May (deceased), Lola, Frank (deceased), Ruth, and Dorothy.

He attended Hunter College, City University of New York (CUNY located in the heart of Manhattan). Ron was a drummer in a band that performed in the Catskills, in New York, in the summers. His partner in the band was a good friend, Bobby Darin. His love for music would stay with him for the remainder of his life extending professionally in the music industry. His primary career was serving as Vice Present of Sales and Marketing with LAURIE RECORDS from1980 – 2005.

Ron had business dealings with Rosedale, MD music store owner George Panuska. George passed away after a long illness in 1985 at the young age of 53 leaving his widow the late Beulah (Boots) Panuska. Ronald Bollon, began to court Boots. He started sending flowers and cards asking her to go out with him. Eventually she gave in and said yes! On April 30, 1989, they were married. The flowers and cards lasted throughout their 35 year marriage.

Ron is the beloved and devoted step father of Ronnie Panuska and Diane Everett. Survived by grandchildren: Ashley Panuska , and Amanda Panuska Bose, husband Purva A Bose and great grandchild Arman; Justin, wife Amanda Everett and great grandchildren Madison and Eliza; Christin Emma Everett and great grandchild Elliot; Adrienne Everett Mink and Tony Mink and great grandchild Enzo; Ron and Boots (the love of his life) loved there grandchildren. They were affectionately known as Poppy and GG to there great grandchildren and stressed the importance of education. They attended all the family birthdays and events together sharing there happiness for the blessings of family.

Together now, we who remain will surly miss them!

The graveside burial will be at the Garden’s of Faith Cemetery at 11 AM on Saturday, July 20, 2024.
