Sheila V (Phillip) Charles

On July 14, 2019, Sheila V. Charles (nee Phillip); devoted mother of Elden, Wesson, Kerry, and Orville Charles; cherished grandmother of Makayla and Zechariah Charles; loving sister of Yvette Joan Richardson and her husband Alva, Rowan Phillip and his wife Maxine, Mauvette Phillip, Janice Phillip-Christian and her husband Philbert, and the late Gladwin Phillip. Also survived by many other loving family members and friends. Sheila was a teacher for Baltimore County Public Schools.

Funeral services will be held at First Church of God, 1001 Middle River Road, Middle River, MD. 21220, on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 11:00 AM, where a visitation will be held from 10:00AM to 11:00AM. Interment in Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.
