On November 1 , 2015 Shirley Elizabeth Fuchs ( Nee Markley); Beloved wife of the late Paul George Wunder Jr. and John A. Fuchs; Loving mother of Paul George Wunder III and his wife Ada Marie, Cheryl Bitner and her husband Michael, the late Susan Wunder – Coleman and husband Ronald Coleman, and step mother of Valerie Powers and her husband Kevin Powers; Cherished grandmother of Gregory Paul Wunder and his wife Melissa, Amy Marie Keene and her husband Brendon, David Bitner and his wife Tijana and step grandmother of Jessica Powers, Kevin Powers, Jonathan Bitner and his wife Heather and Jaime Hoffman and her husband Jake; Dear great grandmother of Jonathan Wunder and step great-grandmother Rachel Bitner, Hannah Hoffman and Jackson Hoffman.

Shirley enjoyed boating and enjoyed many days on the Chesapeake Bay.  She was an avid cook at home and at work embodied in her career as Baltimore County Public Schools Food Services Area Supervisor.  Shirley had a life-long love of sewing and made much of the household clothing over the years.  She also enjoyed many activities with the local Red Hat Society resulting in many long-lasting friendships.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service on Thursday at 10:00 am in Hope Lutheran Church 1901 Middleborough Road Essex, Maryland 21221. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Hope Lutheran Church of Middleborough, Maryland.
