Shirley Katherine (Gietka) Grove

On Tuesday, April 19, 2011 Shirley Katherine Grove (nee Gietka); beloved wife of Duane Robert Grove; devoted mother of Michele Kroner and her husband Henry and the late Eric Dugan; loving daughter of Katherine Smith and her husband the late William "Mitch" Smith and the late Bernard Gietka; dear grandmother of Ashlee Kroner and Katy Kroner.  Also survived by several other loving relatives and friends.


Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A.  1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM.  Funeral service on Saturday at 10 AM.  Interment Oak Lawn  Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials in her name to Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research 2990 S. Sepulveda Blvd. Suite 300C Los Angeles, CA 90064 will be appreciated.
