Age 66 of Essex, Maryland passed away after a long bout with cancer. He is survived by his beloved wife Susan Cherry, his mother Jane Cherry Albany and stepfather Roger Albany. Predeceased in death by his father John C. Cherry. Loving father of Leah Johnson and her husband James and the late Jeffrey Cherry. Dear grandfather of Heather Johnson, James Johnson, Joshua Johnson and Damon Cherry. Loving brother of Pricilla De Bloom and her husband William and John Cherry and his wife Patricia.


Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A.  1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Friday from 10 Am to 12:00 PM. Funeral Service on Friday at 12 Noon.  Services conducted by Pastor William DeBloom of Kingsville. Interment in Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Mr. Cherry's name to the American Cancer Society PO Box 22718 Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73123-1718.
