On January 23, 2022, Theda D. Ward, beloved wife of the late Archie Carraway and the late Charles Ward Jr.; devoted mother of Gregory and Gerald Carraway; cherished grandmother of James Maxwell Carraway; dear sister of Juanita Moody. Theda is preceded in death by ten siblings. Theda was the owner of Theda’s Salon of Beauty in Middle River, MD.
