Gardner On December 1, 2011 Thelma Cecelia (NEE Bell). Beloved wife of the late Raymond Gardner and Louis Wheeler; Devoted mother of Sharon L. Tracey, Lewis H. Wheeler, Linda J. Hakes, and Carole A. Lloyd. Also survived by seven grand children and three great grand children.
